By accessing or using 2Rent ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, landlords, and tenants. 2Rent is operated by Zaaum Technologies ('we', 'us', or 'our'). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use 2Rent. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4.1 Landlord Responsibilities

If you post a rental listing, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner or an authorised agent of the property
• All listing information is accurate and not misleading
• The property complies with applicable housing laws and safety regulations
• You will keep listings up to date and remove them when no longer available
• You will not post duplicate listings

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive or discriminatory material
• Advertises illegal activities
• Includes personal contact information in listing titles or photos

2Rent is a listing marketplace that connects landlords and tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users, and we do not own, manage, or control any listed property. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing information, the identity of users, or the quality of any property. Any rental agreement is solely between the landlord and tenant. We strongly encourage users to verify identities, inspect properties in person, and use written rental agreements before committing.

Posting listings and browsing 2Rent is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or fees in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance with at least 30 days notice. We do not process rental payments between landlords and tenants. All financial transactions occur directly between the parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the 2Rent platform are owned by or licensed to Zaaum Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. By posting content on 2Rent, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

The Platform is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that listings are accurate or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Rent and Zaaum Technologies disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any rental transaction facilitated through it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or extract data using automated tools
• Circumvent or disable security features of the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass or harm other users
• Engage in discriminatory conduct in violation of fair housing laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to 2Rent at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Zaaum Technologies is registered.
